Grand Union Connection
The Grand Union Connection play toe-tapping foot stomping original bluesy/folk tunes with a few well known classics thrown in. The Connection are regularly featured at local arts festivals and venues around the South-East of England
Breathe are an energetic, experimental and mostly acoustic band based in Kingston, playing all original music. Formed 'accidentally' in May 2019, they weave a range of influences into their songwriting, from hyper-indie folk to rock and world music, but always with their own unique melodic twist.
Returning to Surbiton Festival once again, Joe will be playing the hits plus tracks from his new EP ‘In The Ashes of the Scalded Earth’, spanning the complex arenas of civil war, ghosting, gentrification and fancying someone off the telly
Singing with Travisty is Michelle J. Michelle has a voice that will give you Goosebumps at times, such is the power of a classically trained singer turned to modern genres, Michelle can be seen regularly on the Pizza Express Jazz circuit, but for the festival she will be much more upbeat…enough said, you have to be there to find out!
Weaving skillfully between rhythmical alt pop & lo-fi urban folk with glimpses of Latin, reggae & melodic upbeat country, Emma Lauson takes you on a journey from the quirky to the familiar & back again faster than you can say "I like your sparkly red guitar!"
Lulu & Neo
Lulu & Neo are a surbiton based songwriting acoustic pair drawing influence from classic artists like Bill Withers, the Beatles and Fleetwood Mac as well as more contemporary musicians like Jack Johnson and H.E.R.”
