Booking : Market Space & Stalls

Option 1: Book a LARGE SPACE ONLY to secure a large plot and provide your own gazebo, (no bigger than 3m x 3m) and bring your own table or display shelving.

Option 2: Book an AWNING COVERED MARKET STALL you will be provided with a 7' x 3' table surface (arranged in pairs with space between for access) and a PVC water-resistant awning, erected ready for use.

N.B. The stall design gives some protection from showers but we cannot guarantee full protection against the elements, a risk at any open air even. The Festival organisers and their affiliates cannot accept any liability in the event of such occurrences causing loss or damage.

It is now a condition of booking either that ALL applicants must have:

a) Speciality Market Licence (now arranged by us and covered by the booking fee)

b) Risk Assessment (we must receive a copy)

c) Public Liability Insurance (we must receive a copy)

d) Local authority registration (for HOT food stalls only, we must receive a copy)

Early bird discount fee £100 – booking and payment received by 31July 2019

Later booking fee £130 – booking and payment received by 31 August 2019

The Street Market at the Festival is a very popular event and is always highly oversubscribed, we have increased the number of stalls available but they will be assigned on a strictly 'first come first served' basis. Apply early to avoid disappointment

APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 31st AUGUST

Bookings after this date cannot be accepted due to conditions pertaining to the Kingston Council Street Traders License

Please do not request a specific space, we have over 140 Stall holders at this event and we allocate space in the best possible way for those attending the Surbiton Festival
