Market Stalls
The ever popular Surbiton Festival Market day offers an exciting trading and marketing opportunity for local businesses, crafts people, organisations and charities for an estimated footfall of up to 10,000 people.


Option 1:

Book a LARGE SPACE ONLY to secure a large plot and provide your own gazebo, (no bigger than 3m x 3m) and bring your own table or display shelving.


Option 2:

Book an AWNING COVERED MARKET STALL you will be provided with a 7’ x 3’ table surface (arranged in pairs with space between for access) and a PVC water-resistant awning, erected ready for use.

N.B. The stall design gives some protection from showers but we cannot guarantee full protection against the elements, a risk at any open air even. The Festival organisers and their affiliates cannot accept any liability in the event of such occurrences causing loss or damage.


It is now a condition of booking either that all applicants must have:

  1. Speciality Market Licence (now arranged by us and covered by the booking fee)

  2. Risk Assessment (we must receive a copy - see example )

  3. Public Liability Insurance (we must receive a copy)

  4. Local authority registration (for HOT food stalls only, we must receive a copy)


Early bird discount £100 – booking and payment received by 31st December 2021

Later booking £130 – booking and payment received by 31st August 2022

Please note that Stall positions are allocated on a first come first served basis based on confirmed bookings. Booking is confirmed only once payment plus insurance documents
and a risk assessment are received.
