The ever popular Surbiton Festival Market day offers an exciting trading and marketing opportunity for local businesses, crafts people, organisations and charities for an estimated footfall of up to 10,000 people.
Please note that Stall positions are allocated on a first come first served basis based on confirmed bookings. Booking is confirmed only once payment plus insurance documents
and a risk assessment are received.
Please note we do not provide electricity to any stall
THERE ARE 3 TYPES OF STALL AVAILABLE :
OWN GAZEBO - BRING YOUR OWN GAZEBO
Book a SPACE FOR YOUR OWN GAZEBO to secure a large plot in Victoria road / St Andrews Road and provide your own gazebo, (no bigger than 3m x 3m) and bring your own table or display shelving.
This is a good option if you have free-standing banners to place or are running a "meet & greet" stall where you don't want to be behind a table
*If you are prepping/cooking food on-site for sale on the day you will need to book a FOOD STALL please see option 3*
MARKET STALL
Book an AWNING COVERED MARKET STALL (MARKET STALL) in Victoria road / St Andrews Road
You will be provided with a 7’ x 3’ table surface (arranged in pairs with space between for access) and a PVC water-resistant awning, erected ready for use (for dimensions click here)
No overflow will be allowed - please do not build out in front of pre-erected stalls. Please operate your stall from behind the table provided.
If you have free-standing banners to place or if you intend to meet & greet customers then please book a space & gazebo. If you place marketing material in front of the pre-erected stalls you will be asked to remove them.
N.B. The stall design gives some protection from showers but we cannot guarantee full protection against the elements, a risk at any open air even. The Festival organisers and their affiliates cannot accept any liability in the event of such occurrences causing loss or damage.

FOOD / DRINK STALL - Please note that the booking system for Food/Drink has now changed - please apply via this form & we will get back to you with a link for registration & payment
Book a FOOD STALL or DRINKS STALL serving food or drink to customers for consumption on the day in St Andrews Square & Claremont Gardens
All Stalls prepping/cooking food on-site for sale on the day must have adequate hand-washing facilities onsite

Stall holders must provide:

Public Liability Insurance for minimum liability of £5M - please provide a copy

Risk Assessment (we must receive a copy - see example )

Local authority registration (for HOT food stalls only, we must receive a copy)

Any legal certification relevant to their business ie for cosmetics CPSR
Surbiton Festival then applies for a Speciality Market Licence from the council (cost for this is covered by the booking fee)

Stall holder payment must be received by December 31st 2024 for Early Bird Discount cost to apply per stall.
Later booking payment, without this discount, must be received by June 30th 2025.
Late Application Fees apply after 1st July 2025
Final Booking date is 31st August 2025
