Website: popstarperformers.co.uk

Our Children’s Performance Classes are relaxed and informal and allow children to really let their hair down. When the focus is on fun, inhibitions disappear and confidence begins to grow. The children are always involved in the selection of music they work on and are actively encouraged to participate in our public performances. These are at local events throughout the year as well as our bigger annual theatre show and awards ceremony.

Michelle J

Singing with Travisty is Michelle J. Michelle has a voice that will give you Goosebumps at times, such is the power of a classically trained singer turned to modern genres, Michelle can be seen regularly on the Pizza Express Jazz circuit, but for the festival she will be much more upbeat…enough said, you have to be there to find out!

MARA.jpeg
MARA

MARA are an all-girl rock band, taking inspiration from riot gurrrl and powerful female voices. While they love to play and reimagine covers, they pride themselves on their originals, all of which contain a distinctly MARA sound that cannot be mistaken.

Breathe
Breathe

Breathe are an energetic, experimental and mostly acoustic band based in Kingston, playing all original music. Formed 'accidentally' in May 2019, they weave a range of influences into their songwriting, from hyper-indie folk to rock and world music, but always with their own unique melodic twist.

The band consists of singer/songwriter Meg McRae (lead vocals, acoustic guitar, harmonica, mandolin), drummer/percussionist Pete Darlo (drums, cajon, marimba, melodica, ukulele), cellist/accordion player Hilary Insall, and Mark Saunders on bass/double bass.

Sweet Tarts.jpeg

Sweet tarts are a London based, cripplingly indecisive singer-songwriter/country/pop/folk/techno/rockstar duo hoping to summon the spirit of Dolly Parton. Expect to hear a few hits and feel a confused combination of emotions
